Going Home Today
Rene is very excited because getting out of the hospital today. This round of chemo did not impact negatively has her previous ones. She did not suffer any bouts of nausea this time and her mouth sores were very limited so her appetite did not suffer. She is looking forward to not having someone come into the room at all hours of the night to check on her, take vitals, blood or change IV fluids for a couple weeks. Time for the dog and cats to gather around her and she will very happy with that.
