Playmates Needed

Rene has reached her "puppy dog" phase and needs stimulus throughout the day! "Puppy Dog" is a state that a spouse goes through when they are alone; " I am happy to see you and tell me about your day?". The animals provide comic relief at home but they cannot be a true girlfriend to gab with or a husband to flog!

For me it is another sign that mentally and physically she is getting stronger and I must be ready to engage in conversation when I get home from the office! It is great to see her progressing in this way because she wants to be engaged with life more and more.

Being a male, I forget about this aspect and therefore cause her to provide subtle reminders to me. There are times these reminders must be delivered with a sledgehammer in order to get my attention!

At least I am consistent and she reminds me that I need to change from time-to-time. She will not give up on getting me to be a "girlfriend" with her!
