Rene got released from the hospital today and is now at home for the next two weeks before she has to go back for round four of chemo! She is happy and worried at being at home because she has to use a walker to get around and still needs some assistance. I think she is concerned that she will be a "burden" on me because she needs help. I told her to this was crazy and quit worrying. We will have nurses stop by to check on her during these two weeks as well as physical therapists.


Just Relax

The animals are happy to have their "Mother" back and now they will try and manipulate her for treats and protection from me. Rene can now choose to entertain herself in more ways since she is in her home. She has many cards, books, and e-mail to review so it is really her decision. In all of this, she needs to build her strength up again before round four of chemo. She is home and that is all that matters!
